Plum leaves, or plum foliage are perfect as a natural food resource for shrimp, crayfish, crabs and snails, and as a great hiding place for shrimp and crabs in your aquarium.
The plum leaves are a ideal pasture for shrimp, crayfish, crabs and snails, since the smallest microorganisms, which are responsible for the decomposition of the leaves, a valuable bio area arises. Even the soft, decaying foliage itself is then eaten by the shrimp and crabs usually completely.

The plum leaves comes packed in a resealable zip bag for ideal stockpiling.
Our dried green plum leaves are harvested by hand directly from the tree (not collected from the ground), gently air-dried and then packed. Thus, an optimal quality can be ensured.
Feeding recommendation
Remove small portions of plum leaves (depending on the number of shrimps or crayfish) from the package and simply place in the aquarium. The plum leaves swim initially, but will sink over time.
Our Tip
Since the plum leaves at first floats on the water surface, you can brew the foliage briefly with boiling water ... it then sinks relatively quickly to the ground. Or you can complain the plum leaves with a few small stones at the desired location in your aquarium.
