Plants like ferns do not need a lot of light, and they grow very slowly. An aquarium layout with these plants needs a long time to settle, and the substrate may harden and turn almost impermeable until the tank is stable.

ADA Green Brighty Special SHADE neutralizes the pH inside the substrate and in the water, improves the water conditions and provides shade plants with all the nutrients they need.
