Payment Options

PayPal is one of the largest online payment services worldwide, TÜV-certified, completely free of charge for you and guarantees you secure payment with us.

In the shopping cart you have the possibility to click on the button "directly to PayPal" or select PayPal in the payment options on checkout process. If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be taken directly to the PayPal website after the order, where you can make your payment.

The payment will be confirmed to us within a few minutes and we can process and ship your order as quickly as possible... often even on the same day, but no later than the next working day (Monday - Friday).

With amazon pay you can shop quickly and securely with your existing Amazon account.

The payment and address information you have stored with Amazon will be used for this. In the shopping cart you have the option of clicking on the "amazon pay" button or selecting amazon pay from the payment options. You will then be forwarded to Amazon, log into your Amazon account via a secure connection and select the desired payment method and shipping address. We will then take over this data and you only have to confirm the ordering process in the GARNELENHAUS.

The payment will be confirmed to us within a few minutes and we can process and ship your order as quickly as possible... often even on the same day, but no later than the next working day (Monday - Friday).

We also offer purchase on account/invoice via PayPal Plus.
You do NOT need a PayPal account for this.

The payment must be transferred from you to the PayPal bank account no later than 14 days after receipt of the delivery.

The GARNELENHAUS assigns its claim against you as the buyer to PayPal, which is why you also make the payment directly to PayPal.
Attention: Please note that you do not transfer the invoice amount to the GARNELENHAUS bank account.

With a transfer to the GARNELENHAUS account, there may be a delay in payment (with PayPal), in which case you may have to pay any dunning costs charged by PayPal. Please be sure to let us know if you made an incorrect transfer to our account so that we can refund your money as quickly as possible.
At the same time, you should definitely make the payment to PayPal so that no (further) dunning costs are incurred. You can find PayPal's payment information in the emails from PayPal about your order.
Please also contact PayPal customer service (Tel: 0800-7234730) so that any reminder proceedings that may have started can be stopped.

If you send goods back to us after the cancellation period/payment period has expired that has not yet been paid for, you still have to settle any dunning costs incurred with PayPal.

When purchasing on account/invoice, PayPal carries out a risk assessment, i.e. credit reports from several credit agencies may be obtained. If this risk assessment is negative, you can select an alternative payment option. Please understand that we as GARNELENHAUS have no influence on PayPal's risk assessment.

We also offer purchase per Credir Card via PayPal Plus.
You do NOT need a PayPal account for this.

Your credit card will be charged within one week after the payment has been completed.
PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Clubbr />
For data protection reasons, we do not store any credit card data in our online shop. The data relevant to the payment is transferred directly to the payment service provider via an encrypted SSL data connection.

You do not want to pay through third party service providers, or do not have the opportunity to do so?
No problem! We also offer the option to pay your order by regular bank transfer.

As payment option please choose Bank Transfer / EU Bank Transfer into the checkout process and finalize your order. Directly afterwards (and also by eMail) you will receive all payment-relevant data from us and you can submit your transfer by online banking or also by transferring funds at your bank.

Note
Depending of your bank, a bank transfer has a processing time of approximately 1 to 2 days (from abroad about 2 to 4 days). After payment is done, we process and ship your order as soon as possible, latest next business day (Monday - Friday).

In the GARNELENHAUS online shop, we offer customers from the countries listed below a selection of popular, country-specific payment methods in addition to the payment methods mentioned above.
