Aquatic Mosses comes in different variations and they are ideal for planting on wood and stones, especially on Aquascaping.

The most known are Java moss, Christmas moss and Weepingmoos. But also exotic, like, reminiscent of small palm fronds Fissidens fontanus simply look great.

Aquatic moss is not growing too much in width or height, but you should simply cut down the moss with a scissor from time to time. For the moss this will never be a problem and a light carpet of moss on a wooden root looks especially much more natural than a large "bundle of fluff".
