Use water plants targeted as ground cover, e.g. Hemianthus callitrichoides Cuba or Glossostigma elantinoides, for a great "grassy effect" in the foreground of your Aquarium or Aquascaping layout.

But especially in smaller Nano Aquariums you can use the small Ground Cover Water Plants perfect to plant the Middle- an Background area in your Aquarium Tank.

Ground cover areas look very natural, when partially the ground cover plants growing in each other, that means set at least two species partially mixed. They quickly form spurs and provide a very natural "optic".
