CO2 Precision Needle Valve

A precise CO₂ needle valve is an important and sensitive component of any CO₂ injection system for aquaria. With a CO₂ needle valve you can exactly determine the amount of CO₂ injected into your aquarium. The valve needs to be as precise as possible, and high-quality material as well as a careful production process are crucial. The thread that guides the adjusting needle needs to be very fine, and the entire valve needs to be as precisely made as possible in order to safeguard the maximum exactness when adjusting the amount of CO₂ to be injected into the aquarium.

The highly precise AQUA-NOA CO₂ fine needle valves are made of nickel-plated brass, and they are manufactured in the EU. They enable you to adjust the amount of CO₂ very easily and exactly, and they come in three different versions. We go into detail on the differences in the table below. All CO₂ hose connections on these valves are equipped with a union nut that secures a firm hold of the hose and prevents it from slipping off. The hose connection fits the standard 4/6 mm CO₂ hose. The external thread is 1/8"-sized and can be used for mounting the needle valve directly onto a CO₂ pressure reducer, for example.

Deposits and/or corrosion can damage needle valves, or alter the amount of CO₂ passing through, which would make constant re-adjustments necessary. To prevent this, always use a check valve in the line behind your CO₂ needle valve to protect it from water.
