Makro Basic NITRAT, 1000 ml

In an aquarium where only invertebrates are kept, or with only a small number of fish, or in an aquarium with intense light and many plants, the macronutrient levels might become too low to maintain good plant growth. In these cases, the inhabitants simply do not deliver a sufficient amount of nutrients, or the nutrient demand of the plants is higher than the supply, especially under intense light. Ingredients:
50000 mg/l NO3, 31700 mg/l K, methyl paraben

Usage in aquaria with CO2 injection:
- under low light and with few animals: 0.5 ml of fertilizer per 50 liters of aquarium water per day.
- under intense light: 1 ml of fertilizer per 50 liters of aquarium water per day.

Usage in aquaria without CO2 injection:
- 1 - 2 ml of fertilizer per 50 liters of aquarium water once a week.

With the dosage pump (please order separately) you can dose the fertilizer very precisely. One pump stroke will add 1 ml of fertilizer.

The dosage ought to be increased or decreased, depending on the demand of your plants and the conditions in your tank. When your aquarium water shows high readings of nitrate, do not use this fertilizer.
When developing this fertilizer, AquaRebell has made sure that it is not possible for large amounts of macronutrients to accumulate in the aquarium water when dosed correctly. If you have high readings of nitrate anyway, reduce the amount of fertilizer.

Storage life:
At least a year. Store at room temperature and keep out of reach of children and animals. Protect from direct sunlight.
