This hang-on filter combines the advantages of internal and canister filters, which means it is easy to install, universally useful and has a high performance. Hang-on filters are perfect for small and big aquaria.

The AQUAEL VERSAMAX FZN-2 has been designed for filtering the water in aquaria with a volume of 40 to 200 l. At the same time it aerates the water efficiently, increases the oxygen content and moves the water surface gently, which efficiently prevents a residual film from forming. The external adjustment makes it unnecessary to reach in the water with your hands. It is stepless and you can easily adjust the output of the filter to the volume of your tank.

AQUAEL VERSAMAX FZN-2 filters come equipped with an interchangeable piece of filter foam. This insert can be exchanged for all kinds of filter media to adapt the filtration to the needs of your aquarium.

TIP: especially suitable for the use of Purigen or active carbon
