Substrate Cleaner

The Substrate Cleaner from Arka is an innovative, liquid mulm bell that cleans using a specially developed bacterial mixture. This mixture ensures the biodegradation of mulm and waste materials in the substrate and rocks of freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Using the Substrate Cleaner makes aquarium maintenance considerably easier and replaces the time-consuming manual mulching process.

Thanks to its unique formula, Substrate Cleaner cleans the substrate and rock by effectively removing organic deposits and harmful gaseous compounds. Particularly noteworthy is the product's ability to break down phosphate deposits and nitrate sources in the substrate and rocks, thus reducing them in the long term.

An additional advantage of the Substrate Cleaner is its ability to reach hard-to-reach areas in the aquarium, such as areas under superstructures. The Substrate Cleaner also contains natural mangrove silt, which further promotes biological activity.

Instructions for use
Add 20 ml Substrate Cleaner per 100 L of water every 14 days. Once the substrate has been cleaned, 20 ml per 100 liters of water per month is sufficient to maintain the cleanliness of the aquarium.
