The SD200 version is equipped with a fan that actively cools the LED lights. This keeps the temperatures in an optimum range and the plants can thrive in a pleasant environment. NOTE: This fan generates certain sounds which may subjectively be perceived as being less or more intense, depending on the location of the bottle.
