Permanent CO2 test Correct (Dennerle Egg)
CO2 accessoriesHelps you keep the CO2 content always in the green.
Depending on the content of CO2, the CO2 Special Indicator reacts by changing color from
blue = insufficient CO2 over
green = optimal CO2 to
yellow = too much CO2
The color chart of six colors enables you to determine the amount of CO2 dissolved in the aquarium water directly in milligrams per liter, and to adjust your CO2 supply easily and safely.
Especially easy and exact thanks to the CO2 Special Indicator.
Standard permanent CO2 tests are filled with a mixture of aquarium water and indicator fluid.
Some disadvantages of this method: the acids contained in every aquarium (e.g. humic acids, nitrate and so on) can falsify the test result. Moreover, other CO2 tests require you to measure the carbonate hardness as they only determine the pH of the water.
The Dennerle Permanent CO2 Test Correct, on the other hand, uses the ready-to-use CO2 Special Indicator, that does not have to be mixed with aquarium water but is used without dilution.
Decisive advantages ...
Easy
No need to measure the carbonate hardness. You only need one color chart.
Safe
The Permanent CO2 Test Correct +pH shows the correct CO2 content at all times - not depending on other acids in the water like humic acids. Alterations of the carbonate hardness caused e.g. by the use of re-mineralizing substances, evaporation or water changes do not have any influence on this test either.
Exact
The Permanent CO2 Test Correct +pH allows you to directly determine the CO2 content in milligrams per liter – no additional measurements or cumbersome table calculations required. Also for low carbonate hardnesses.
Complete kit consisting of:

Dennerle :: Permanent CO2 test Correct (Dennerle Egg)
Sehr schönes Set. Ist zwar etwas groß, aber lässt sich auch zur seite klappen und fällt dadurch nicht ganz so dolle auf.
