JBLPro Aquatest Combiset plus Fe

With the JBL Pro Aquatest Combiset +Fe (Iron) for aquariums, you have quick and safe control over pH, carbonate hardness, nitrite, nitrate, additional iron and a table for CO2 calculation. If necessary, you can act quickly and safely, or counteract it in the event of a shortage or surplus.

With its tests, the JBL Pro Aquatest Combiset +Fe is designed for regular aquariums and is therefore aimed at every aquarist.

The correct water values in the aquarium depend on the fish population and the existing plants. Even if the water looks clear, it can be polluted. If the values are bad, diseases or algae can develop in the aquarium. Regular monitoring and adjustment of the water values is important for a healthy aquarium with near-natural conditions. With JBL water tests you can determine all relevant water values quickly, easily and very precisely.

5 different tests for water analysis are included; plus table for CO2 calculation:
• pH-Test: water acidity from 3.0 to 10
• KH-Test: determination of carbonate hardness (pH stability of the water)
• NO2-Test: determination of the nitrogen compound nitrite, which is toxic to fish
• NO3-Test: determination of the nitrate content (cause of algae and plant nutrient)
• Fe-Test: determination of the iron value into the water (plant nutrient)
• CO2-Table: for determining the CO2 value in the aquarium water

Measuring the pH and KH is sufficient to determine the CO2 content. The CO2 content of the water results from these two values, which can then be found in the attached table.

In the JBL online laboratory you can analyze your measured water values free of charge and have recommendations displayed.
