Note:
The roots are supplied dry and should be watered or weighted down with stones before use so that they sink in the aquarium. In the initial phase, a bacterial biofilm may form on the fresh wood - a natural process that is eaten by many animals and disappears by itself. Thanks to special heat treatment and dehydration, the roots are particularly durable and resistant.
