Decor-Sands - Midnight River Sand

The WIO Midnight River Sand is a decorative natural sand in dark colors with some light grains that are reminiscent of a starry sky.

The substrate in different grain sizes is perfect for creating very natural aquascapes. The combination of sand and small rounded stones looks absolutely realistic, as if taken directly from nature.

The WIO Midnight River Sand is a passive substrate that does not provide any nutrients for the aquarium plants. With a size of 0.1 - 2 mm, the grains offer a varied look.

TIP
If you only use gravel as a substrate when setting up the aquarium, we recommend using substrate fertilizer, e.g. fertilizer balls or a nutrient layer under the gravel.
