SP Moss Backdrop Pro (with magnetic holder)

The SP Moss Backdrop Pro (with magnetic holder) is an advanced moss backdrop for aquariums that takes aquascaping and the care of shrimp and nano tanks to a whole new level. Thanks to the integrated magnetic holder, the background can be securely attached to aquarium panes up to 12 mm thick – regardless of whether the tank is open or closed.

The SP Moss Backdrop Prooffers a hexagonal structure that reliably holds even finer types of moss, as well as a height-adjustable cover that provides sufficient space even for thicker mosses such as Fontinalis or freshwater kelp.

The moss background consists of a matt, water-friendly surface on which moss and small ferns can be easily cultivated – without any tedious gluing or tying. Simply place the desired moss in the pad tray, close the lid, and place the element in the aquarium. This creates a natural, living green background that is not only decorative but also serves as a retreat and biofilm-promoting surface for shrimp.
