The bowl can be covered with various mosses and small ferns as desired and is ideal for establishing a biofilm. The attachment options are as versatile as the moss pad itself. It can be placed in the aquarium like an umbrella or hung from the glass. The SP moss pad eliminates the need for tedious gluing and tying of the moss. Depending on how the lid is turned on the bowl, one side offers 1 mm of space for fine moss and the other side 2 mm for coarser moss and small ferns.
